There are generally 3 different kinds of CBD you’ll find on the market: Isolate, Broad Spectrum, and Full Spectrum. All three of which are derived from hemp, but have varying therapeutic values.

All of our products are Full Spectrum meaning they are high in CBD and many other naturally occurring compounds like minor cannabinoids (including CBG and CBC), flavonoids, and terpenes. These other compounds are being actively researched for a multitude of benefits.

Hemp is a legal and non-psychoactive plant that come from the Cannabis sativa genus. Hemp has a multitude of uses including textiles, fuel, food, and therapeutically in the form of CBD. Hemp was federally legalized within the US with the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill.

Full spectrum products offer a wide variety of cannabinoids. CBD may be the superstar, but there are hundreds of other compounds found in hemp that benefit the body in different ways. Cannabinoids work synergistically, so when the whole-plant composition is in tact, the CBD's effect is stronger than if it were isolated.

The name "hemp oil" can be used interchangeably to reference two very different things: hemp seed oil or hemp extract. Jimbo & Jules' hemp is grown on a small, family operated farm in Monona, Wisconsin. The hemp is organically grown outdoors and never sprayed with pesticides.

For oral consumption, we recommend 1 to 2 times a day. CBD builds up in the body overtime so consistency will yield the best results.

Jimbo suffered from chronic headaches and neck pain as a result of multiple head injuries from sports, and Jules worked through years of back and neck pain from a spinal injury in high school. Both of us also endured long-term Lyme disease. We now carry a heightened urgency to help others who are suffering. The products we create helped us manage our day-to-day symptoms, and continue to relieve the aches, pains, and stresses of daily life. We deeply believe in the products we make and the mission we strive for ~ every product is infused with our focused intention, and all of our work is done with ethics, sustainability, and social consciousness in mind.
