1. Can I travel with your products?
a. Yes! Hemp-based products are legal to fly with as long as they contain less than 0.3% THC. Our products contain well below the legal limit of THC.
2. Are your products lab tested?
a. Yes, all of our products are 3rd party batch tested for purity and potency. Please click here for our test results.
3. How should I store my Jimbo & Jules products?
a. Store products in a cool, dry location and out of direct sunlight to ensure freshness.
4. How long will my products last?
a. We hand-craft all of our products using natural ingredients to ensure purity and freshness. We do not use any synthetic preservatives, and our products therefore do have a shelf life.
For topical products, including Lip Balms, Massage Oils, Salves, and Roll-Ons: Open within one year after purchase and use fully within one year after opening.
For our Full Spectrum Hemp Oil: Open within six months after purchase, and use fully within six months after opening.
5. Why do your products say Full Spectrum Hemp instead of CBD?
a. There are generally 3 different kinds of CBD you’ll find on the market: Isolate, Broad Spectrum, and Full Spectrum. All three of which are derived from hemp, but have varying therapeutic values.
All of our products are Full Spectrum meaning they are high in CBD and many other naturally occurring compounds like minor cannabinoids (including CBG and CBC), flavonoids, and terpenes. These other compounds are being actively researched for a multitude of benefits.
CBD is a key player, but ultimately hemp is far greater than the sum of its parts! For this reason we label the strength of our products with Full Spectrum Hemp instead of just CBD. Click here if you'd like to learn more.
